Mark has previously served as head of Barclays real estate in the East of England, before joining Titlestone Property Finance and more recently Contour Capital.
While at Barclays, Mark established and led the bank’s student accommodation team, which successfully lent more than £750m.
In 2016, Mark was appointed managing director of Contour Capital, where he helped to grow its lending business.
At Beaufort, Mark will be responsible for developing the lender’s London and regional business across the UK.

Since launching in 2013, Beaufort has specialised in providing mezzanine finance and bridge to mezzanine loans to property developers throughout the UK with strong track records across a range of asset classes.
