Vistry is working with Citra Living to build 150 homes for private rental, with the remaining 28 being constructed by Vistry as section 106 affordable housing.
The project will create housing with a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom family homes, with the land being adjacent to Vistry’s Fletton Folly community.
Vistry has secured reserved matters planning approval with a view to starting work shortly.

Stephen Teagle, CEO of partnerships and regeneration at Vistry, said: “This site is the first of a number of sites we have in the pipeline with Citra Living, reflecting our shared ambition to increase the supply of high-quality family rental accommodation by transforming sites like Great Haddon into great places to live.”
