The new hires include James Nicholson as senior buyer, Wayne Smith as senior technical coordinator and Adrian Collins as customer services engineer.

Wayne Smith has nearly 30 years of experience, working in consultancy roles within civil and structural engineering design, more recently, Wayne has worked for large national house builders on all technical aspects of developments.

James Nicholson started out in a construction role before branching into surveying, with 20 years in the industry, including the last 10 as a buyer, his background is in construction and surveying.

Adrian Collins has over the last 25 years specialised in building, maintenance, and repairs on new builds, working with both large and medium-sized developers.

The new team members will be based at the Metis headquarters in Fair Oak, Hampshire, as well as on-site in and around Hampshire and West Sussex.
