Maslow boosts Dublin presence with key hires and relocation

Maslow Capital has made two key hires and relocated its Dublin team to larger premises as it boosts its presence in the country.

Oliver Lawlor (pictured above, centre left) and Bryan Scannell (pictured above, far right) have been hired as senior director of origination and senior associate, respectively.

They will join existing senior director of origination Frank Daly (pictured above, far left) who has spearheaded Maslow’s bridging and development finance transactions in Ireland to date.

Oliver has worked in the industry for over two decades and originated more than €250m of real estate debt.

Bryan brings 12 years of corporate and property development lending experience to the role.

The team has relocated to larger premises at 40 Mespil Road, Dublin 4.

“By dedicating substantial capital to Irish projects, we aim to continue to unlock projects that might otherwise stall,” said Emma Burke, managing director of development finance at Maslow Capital for UK and Europe (pictured above, centre right).

“The imbalance between housing supply and demand is felt in many European cities, and Maslow Capital is determined to play a leading role in closing that gap – delivering well-designed homes, supporting skilled construction jobs, and strengthening local real estate developers and professionals.”
