David – who has over 30 years of management experience in property and construction – joins from Balfour Beatty Group.
At Balfour, he was responsible for the turnaround of underperforming business units, the integration of acquisitions, culture change and the development of new systems.
David has recently worked on secondment as programme director to the Department of Health’s ProCure 21+/22 framework for major capital expenditure.

David will be primarily based in RO’s London office and report to Edward Rowlandson, managing director of RO Group, who extended a warm welcome to David.
