Developer EN8 Homes purchased the second and third floors of a four-storey detached building in Waltham Cross before securing planning permission to develop 44 one-bedroom apartments.
Arwel Griffith FRICS, partner at Robert Sterling, provided the initial valuation and subsequent confirmation for EN8 Homes to secure the development capital required from lender Amicus Property Finance.
“Communication is the most important factor with any project,” said Arwel.

“To ensure the confidence of the lender and the developer, everyone needs to be kept in the loop at all times and at every stage of the project.
“Our relationship with Amicus is based on trust and confidence which has been brought about by good and thorough communication at all times.”
The apartments are being marketed through Lanes New Homes, with almost 30 having already been sold off-plan.
This deal marks the latest in a string of major developments that Robert Sterling has supported for Amicus over the past 12 months.
