The contract for the second phase of South West Lands adds to the £55m contract for the first phase also awarded to McAleer & Rushe.
In total, 114 of the new units will be available as affordable housing – divided between affordable rent and shared ownership – while the remaining properties will be rental homes managed by Quintain’s BTR operator Tipi.
The scheme is set to include a centralised ‘hub’ building as well as an onsite gym, library, resident’s lounge and concierge service.
