The office opening was announced on the first day of MIPIM in Cannes, South of France, and adds to its other regional offices in London and Bristol.
The office will be headed up by Daryl Woolley, an associate at Edward Cooper Young.

Ashley Cooper, senior partner at Edward Cooper Young, said: “Given the present work levels from existing clients in Yorkshire and the North of the country, Sheffield was the natural choice in which to place ourselves.
“We are also looking forward to working within what is already a vibrant, local marketplace to deliver our bespoke tailored services to existing and new clients.”
The Leicestershire-based company specialises in project management, employer’s agent, quantity surveying, development monitoring and land finding services.
