CapitalRise closes its largest investment opportunity

CapitalRise has successfully closed a £4m investment – its largest to date – in less than two business days.

The online property finance marketplace has raised the funds which will be used to fund a property in Hyde Park Garden Mews in London.

The investment is expected to deliver returns of 10.5% per annum for investors.

In the past six months, CapitalRise has returned over £2.2m to investors following the successful completion of its Eaton Square and Knightsbridge investments.

CapitalRise expects to launch further opportunities to investors in the coming weeks.

"We continue to select the best and most attractive property investments for our members, it is incredibly encouraging to see the speed in which these continue and it is a testament to the quality of these opportunities,” said Uma Rajah, CEO at CapitalRise (pictured above).

“We only work with institutional grade and prime property to be able to offer such high returns on these market-leading deals.

“Continued low interest rates are driving people to look at alternative options for generating yield from their savings.

“With no fees to invest – and tax-free returns if investors invest using the CapitalRise Isa – it’s proving increasingly popular.”
