Consero London acquires Bushey site for £50m luxury resi scheme

Developer Consero London has acquired a 3.5-acre site for a luxury London commuter residential development in Bushey, Hertfordshire.

Consero London will redevelop the site into Heathbourne Village, a £50m GDV premium residential scheme, comprising 41 residences set in landscaped grounds.

The Birchville Court site has planning permission for 41 residences, including 22 private sale apartments and penthouses, five private sale detached houses and 14 high-quality shared ownership and social rented homes.

Robert Osborn, managing director at Consero London, said: “Consero London is known for the high quality of our classic British architecture and interiors and our ability to create schemes whose traditional vernacular and style complement their local setting.”

The developer said that it planned to build future developments in locations including Sunningdale, Woking, Maidenhead and others currently under discussion.

Steven Glover, land and sales director at Consero London, added: “Returning the Birchville Court site to its residential origins will create exciting opportunities for buyers since a Consero London scheme in Bushey will provide premium homes that will set a benchmark for high quality and good design in the local marketplace.”
