OakNorth completes £16.7m loan for developments in Isleworth and Northwood

OakNorth has completed a £16.7m loan to Westcombe Group for the development of a number of residential properties in Isleworth and Northwood.

The Saracen House scheme in Isleworth, Hounslow, will see the existing property converted into 12 one-bedroom units and five two-bedroom units suitable for the downsizer and first-time buyer market.

The development in Northwood, Hillingdon, will see the conversion of Aldis House and Wetherby House into 26 residential units, as well as the application for planning permission for three additional units.

These properties will appeal to families with young children.

Kamal Pankhania, director at Westcombe Group, said: “Our developments in both Isleworth and Northwood are aimed at those looking to downsize or buy their first homes in an affluent and green part of the capital.”
