Portobello Trust launches new residential development in East Dulwich

Estate agents KALMARs has revealed the launch of Lordship House at 128–130 Lordship Lane in East Dulwich, south London, by developer Portobello Trust.

The boutique developer has provided eight new one- and two-bedroom apartments, which includes a penthouse with a private roof terrace.

The apartments at Lordship House are priced from £450,000–£575,000 and have been devised by Josh Stone, interior designer at Caroline Peterson Interiors.

“The new apartments at Lordship House are located in the heart of East Dulwich on Lordship Lane, with East Dulwich railway station at the end of the high street providing easy access into central London and Canary Wharf,” said Marc Faure, head of new homes at KALMARs.

“This stylish apartment scheme has been created for design-aware buyers who will appreciate the beautiful layouts and details provided by the high-quality specification.”
