Knight Knox marks 15th anniversary

Knight Knox has celebrated its 15th anniversary.

The specialist investment property consultancy — which is based in MediaCityUK in Salford, Greater Manchester — now employs more than 60 staff and has multiple sister companies.

Dedicated student accommodation investment company StudentPodShop, letting and property management firm Intus Lettings, and sales facilitator of properties between investors Intus Residential were all launched by Knight Knox, with the latter rebranding as yieldit in 2018.

Following the rebranding, Knight Knox founded Qualis Developments, its in-house developer.

Knight Knox originally sold properties in countries including Turkey, Thailand and the US, but has since turned its focus to the UK market.

The consultancy has also entered into joint ventures with developers including X1, Forshaw Land & Property Group and Fortis Group.

Martin Copeland, managing director at Knight Knox, said: “The UK property investment market has grown tremendously over that time and we are pleased to have played a leading role.

“The future is bright, and we can’t wait to see what the next 15 years holds for Knight Knox.”
