Blackfinch Property expands property finance team



Blackfinch Property has named Jordan Kong (pictured above) as an investment assistant.


Jordan joins the specialist development and bridging financer — which launched in 2014 — from Ernst & Young, where he was a consultant based in Hong Kong.

In his new role, Jordan will help Blackfinch Property meet its growth targets for 2020, with the team hoping to continue to support developers with their plans.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in international business, finance and economics from the University of Manchester, in addition to a master’s degree in business (finance and accounting) from the University of Warwick.

David Higson, investment director and head of property at Blackfinch Property, said: “We are delighted to welcome Jordan to the growing property team at Blackfinch.

“His skills in financial analysis and keen interest in property and investment will be applied to assisting the team in managing an increasing number of property loans.

“Jordan will be key in supporting on this and enhance our due diligence capabilities.”
