This marked the first phase of work on SOYO’s £300m redevelopment in Leeds.
The ceremony took place at Leeds Playhouse on 3rd December by main contractor Caddick Construction, LeedsBID’s, Martin Dickson and numerous talented performers from around the city.
It follows a funding agreement between real estate investment business Apache Capital and LaSalle for a £96m debt facility and institutional investment for New York Square.
