Fortwell Capital makes five new appointments

Principal lender Fortwell Capital has added five new members to its team.

Cedric Houghton-Brown (pictured above) joins as development and construction manager from Amicus Finance.

In his new role, Cedric will oversee the development progress of Fortwell-financed schemes.

Lottie Murray has been appointed as operations manager and will provide administrative support in addition to coordinating marketing activities.

She previously served as executive assistant to the CEO at Thomas Lyte.

Luke Trobe is now Fortwell’s dedicated financial controller, while Oliver Nield and Marc Fouad have been recruited as analysts.

Luke joins from The Northview Group, where he was a senior FP&A manager.

Oliver previously worked as an analyst at FCFM Group Limited, while Marc is on a placement year from the University of Bath.

Arthur Jennings, managing director at Fortwell Capital, said: “The appointments made during 2019 broaden the expertise we can draw on and will be of huge value as we grow our loan book in the future.”

The bolstering of the team complements a successful year for Fortwell, with loan facilities totalling £250m written to date and a further £75m agreed for completion in the coming weeks.
