Luke, who is based at the firm’s Ashby office, provides advice on development matters to public and private clients, particularly on residential development.
He works on a variety of development projects on behalf of landowners, companies, public bodies, estates and house builders.

“The development team has gone from strength to strength since I joined the firm in 2014 and I believe there are real opportunities for further growth and expansion of services,” said Luke.
The property consultant has made five other promotions across its planning, construction and development sector, following a strong period of growth.
