The funding has enabled property developer, Antler Homes, to build out the site, and has assisted with the site acquisition and supported cash flow to invest in future site purchases.
The boutique West End development of three-bedroom, semi-detached and detached new homes is situated within a short drive of Woking centre, with its direct links to London, and walking distance of the village of West End.
Construction of the site commenced in July 2020 and is expected to be completed in spring 2021.
