The properties are designed by architects Cove Burgess and will be built adjacent to Fruition Property’s previous apartment development, The Halley.
Situated off Dollis Avenue, the three- and four-bedroom houses will benefit from private gardens and secure cycle storage.
The properties will also benefit from secure parking spaces at the front of The Halley, and new landscaping, plants and trees.

The scheme is situated within walking distance of key amenities and transport links, including Finchley Golf Club and Finchley Manor Lawn Tennis Club, and both Finchley Central and Mill Hill East stations.
Construction is due to start imminently, with estimated completion due by summer 2021.
Mani Khiroya, managing director at Fruition Properties, commented: “Finchley has long been popular with buyers seeking space and relative affordability when compared to more established areas like Highgate and Hampstead.
“This development, tucked away behind the premier road in Finchley, will provide spacious homes of outstanding design and quality, set among a quiet, leafy area, yet within easy reach of transport connections and amenities."
