With experience in brand, consumer and trade marketing from across a range of industries — including technology, construction, FMCG, and manufacturing — Michelle will be responsible for driving the specialist self- and custom-build organisation’s marketing strategy.
The group provides services throughout the whole of the self- and custom-build spectrum, including two mortgage brokerages, comprising BuildLoan and BuildStore Mortgage Services.

The business claimed that the self- and custom-build industry was growing as house hunters become increasingly interested in building their own homes, which is expected to accelerate when the government launches the Help to Build Equity Loan scheme.
