Having identified a gap in the Midlands region for a fully dedicated monitoring surveying practice, the company saw an opportunity to offer development funders and borrowers this service in the area.

Matthew joins the business from Naismiths, where he worked for over seven years — most recently as an associate director. 

Before that, he was at Turner & Townsend.
