In his new role, he will be in charge of building a team to focus on transactions in excess of £50m for corporate clients with funding from institutional capital.

Joshua joins the company from Investec Bank, where he previously worked as a structured property finance originator.
Prior to this, he worked at Zenprop Property Holdings and Ackman Ziff Real Estate Group.
