Yash, who has over two decades of experience in finance and operations, joins the group from Henley Homes, where he was group CFO.
Meanwhile, Mark and Steve previously worked as CEOs at Redwood Homes and L&Q’s Tower Homes, respectively.
The appointments are set to help expand Strawberry Star’s reach in the UK residential sector, while strengthening its housing vision to deliver 2,000 new homes by 2025.
“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to join such a dynamic and enterprising business poised for growth,” said Mark.

“This is a really exciting time for the housebuilding sector, where new opportunities, like the recent Brownfield Fund, can really accelerate our goal for more affordable housing.”
Steve added: “Strawberry Star has achieved a huge amount in a short space of time, and it is my aim to help the business grow to be one of Britain’s leading property developers in the affordable housing sector.”
Steven Beveridge, chief executive officer at Strawberry Star, stated: “The added expertise that these appointments bring is exactly what Strawberry Star needs to reach its next step after a challenging year for the housebuilding industry.
“We joined the UK market in 2007 and have already acquired over 1.5 million sq. ft to date, but we have even bigger plans for the future.
“Mark and Steve’s extensive experience and past successes will help us in our mission to rebalance the under supply of housing in the South East, while Yash’s operational understanding will ensure we continue to nurture the business as an end-to-end developer.”
