It offers brokers the opportunity to book a 20-minute one-on-one appointment to discuss deals and go through a live underwriting session.
Deals that are accepted will have terms issued at the end of the meeting.
The new service will be hosted by Blend’s senior underwriter, Daniel Netzer (pictured above).
The first ‘office-hour’ sessions will be held on Friday 4th February between 10am and 12pm, with six 20-minute appointments available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Development finance brokers are invited to book their time slots online.

“We feel that the pandemic and working from home has highlighted the importance of being an accessible lender,” said Daniel.
“It is very important for us at Blend Network to make ourselves available to brokers who want to discuss live deals or who simply need valuable advice on funding issues they may be facing.”
In the last few months, Blend Network has also enhanced its development finance range with two new products — a high-gearing blended facility and a new light refurbishment plus option — both offered at up to 75% LTGDV and 90% LTC.
