In his new role, he will assume responsibility for some of Godwin’s largest construction projects across the country, working closely with the business’s in-house teams and a broad range of external property partners and consultants nationwide.
He will be based at the company’s Birmingham head office, where he will be reporting to construction director Michael Jones.
Steven has 25 years of experience working in various property sectors — including residential, leisure, industrial and logistics — and brings in-depth knowledge and extensive hands-on expertise in construction delivery to the role.
Prior to joining Godwin, he worked as an operations director at Mace, where he was part of the senior leadership team for firm’s cost and commercial practice group.
