The new function aims to help housebuilder clients that don’t have an in-house sales director optimise both their sales rates and values.
Using market data and analytics, as well as the LDS team’s combined experience, the virtual sales director service will provide support across all aspects, with LDS clients able to choose exactly what they need — from market and pricing analysis, to sourcing and supply of signage and marketing materials.

Alex Maltby, originations director at LDS (pictured above), said: “The level of detail our virtual sales directors go into has been a real eye opener for us.
“We know they have the experience and track record to back up their advice, and we can’t wait to share this with our developer clients.”
Mark Hawthorn, CEO at LDS, stated: “Our success is aligned with that of the housebuilder; the better they do, the more new homes can be brought forward.
“Our sales guarantees do far more than just release funds and remove sales risk; we are there every step of the way to ensure the best outcome.”
Ben Jenkinson, managing director at LDS, added: “As the market softens, we are working even harder to ensure SMEs continue to grow.
“We listen to the needs of developers, lenders, and brokers on a regular basis, so are ideally placed to identify where to support the process.
“The virtual sales director offering is unmatched and free of cost to our clients. Right offer, right place, and right time.”
