SPF Private Clients (SPF) has announced the launch of a dedicated high value new build team.

SPF New Homes will provide clients with a bespoke service and access to competitive funding options as well as assisting with purchases through government schemes such as Help to Buy.

The experienced team which has been brought in will work across the UK and will be led by SPF’s Head of New Homes Russell Hall and Sales Director Matt Wilde.

Matt joined in September last year having spent 12 years dealing specifically with new build mortgages, and said that the chance to join SPF was too good to turn down.

Matt said: “Purchasing a new-build property is often problematic from a mortgage perspective.

''This is particularly relevant when buying off-plan or when completion is a number of months off.

“Our aim is to ensure a stress-free transaction from start to completion, fitting in with the developer's timescales.''

SPF has recruited a team of experienced new homes brokers and support staff to handle the new venture.

Last year, SPF also launched a smart phone app enabling its clients to calculate deals on the move and track the progress of applications.
