Transport for London (TfL) has appointed 13 major property developers to deliver thousands of homes, offices and retail spaces in London.
The firms, selected from over 50 applicants, will be placed on TfL’s Property Partnership Framework and able to bid for work on TfL sites across the capital.
The Property Partnership programme is part of TfL’s plan to generate £3.4bn in non-fares commercial revenue by 2023 which will be reinvested into London’s transport network.
