He will be working alongside the lender’s existing deal originators, Andreas Yianni and Chris Treadwell.
Adam joins Avamore from Hampshire Trust Bank, where he worked as a lending manager for 18 months.
Prior to that, he worked in business development roles at Vida Homeloans and First 4 Bridging, and had also spent time broking at Mortgage Advice Bureau.
In his new role, Adam will use his experience to establish and strengthen borrower relationships with a specific focus on regions outside of London, particularly Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

“While I am joining Avamore at a very unusual time, I firmly believe that the role of the relationship manager will be fundamental in the weeks and months ahead,” Adam commented.
“Clear communication and transparency have always been essential; being able to highlight that Avamore is lending and remains supportive of the broker market is a big priority and, now, having joined the firm, I can help share that message further.”
Amit Majithia, principal at Avamore, added: “We are thrilled to have Adam on board, he brings with him considerable and varied experience, as well as a wealth of knowledge, which will be key in supporting our borrowers and brokers during these uncertain times.
“The current Covid-19 induced lockdown, whether short or long, does not alter our continued appetite to lend in a responsible way, and Adam joining is affirmation of this.”
