The online portal provides brokers with real-time accurate information on specialist mortgage products and access to lenders.
It facilitates mortgage intermediaries’ transactions for their custom and self-build, renovation, and conversion customers, enabling brokers to provide accurate advice on available products.
The platform also gives brokers access to information such as upfront cashflow requirements, stage-payment schedules, and customer application progress trackers, as well as support and guidance on existing and new products.
Training materials (including tutorials and guides), research insights and access to BuildLoan’s team of expert advisers will also be available to brokers.
Other benefits offered by the online portal include:
- full processing journey from initial enquiry through to lender application and completion
- dedicated portals for all stakeholders, including internal staff, lenders, brokers, clients, and networks
- enhanced build monitoring
The platform was developed following research of the intermediary sector conducted by the company, which revealed a dissatisfaction with traditional sourcing systems that don’t cater for specialist complex product offerings tailored to custom and self-build customers.
