In his new role, he will primarily work with Blackfinch Property’s team, while also providing legal support and counsel across the entire group.

Pierluigi has significant experience in commercial property transactions, including complex and high-value deals, having assisted clients across the whole spectrum of commercial real estate.

He also has experience of acting for investors, landlords, utility companies, occupiers and lenders, particularly on developments and capital transactions.

Prior to joining the company, Pierluigi worked as a senior real estate lawyer at the University of Oxford.

Pierluigi’s appointment brings the capacity of Blackfinch’s legal team — which provides services to the whole group — to eight.
