In his new role, Anish will work within the real estate finance team to source deal flow and provide flexible financing solutions across the capital stack.

Meanwhile, Fraser will spearhead Topland Group’s £850m existing development pipeline, as well as source and deliver future deals.

Anish and Fraser — who both bring significant experience to their roles — join the real estate group from Pluto Finance and M&G Real Estate, respectively.

The two new members will accelerate the growth of Topland Group’s loan book to target deployment of £500m by the end of 2022.
